When you book directly through the official Arena Campsites website, you can book your camping holiday in Istria with confidence. We guarantee our best publicly available online rate and charge no booking fee for reservations made directly through Arena Campsites.

Looking for our best price? Visit Arena Campsites on your mobile device to access exclusive mobile-only rates.

Found the same stay for less on another website? If the lower rate meets the conditions of our Best Online Rate Guarantee, we will match the lower price and give you an additional 5% discount.

How does the Best Online Rate Guarantee work?

If you find a lower publicly available online rate for the same Arena Campsites stay, contact our Customer Service team.

To qualify, the competing rate must be for:

  •  the same Arena Campsites property

  •  the same arrival and departure dates

  •  the same accommodation type or unit

  •  the same number of guests

  •  the same booking and payment conditions

  •  the same cancellation policy and restrictions

  •  a rate that is publicly available to book online

Once our Customer Service team verifies that the rate meets the conditions of the Best Online Rate Guarantee, we will honour the lower rate and apply an additional 5% discount.

To submit a Best Online Rate Guarantee request, contact us at info@arenacampsites.com.

Which rates are eligible?

The Best Online Rate Guarantee applies to rates that are publicly available online.

Special or restricted rates that are not available to the general public do not qualify. These include group, corporate, wholesale and affinity or association rates, as well as rates offered as part of a travel package.

The compared rates must have equivalent booking conditions, restrictions and inclusions to qualify.
