If not stated otherwise, the offer is valid until the prices change or we run out of availability (whichever comes first).

Yes, all our offers that mention discounts have those discounts deducted from the price. Any price you see at the bottom of the offer does not need to have any discounts deducted from it.

The cancellation costs amount the cost of the first night's stay without the extra costs (if you booked any) like pets or similar costs.

You can cancel without any expenses up to 3 days before arrival.

Except for a very small number of booking where this is cleary written, we do not charge your credit card before you arrive. Your credit card number that you gave us is only a guarantee of your arrival. You pay on arrival.

Yes, you can. When booking in this manner you would need to pay 30% of the total amount upfront to our bank account and the rest on arrival.

Guests are required to pay on arrival in cash or by credit card.

Yes, you can pay by credit card. It doesn't have to be the credit card you used to make the booking.

Yes, euro is official currency in Croatia.

Yes, it may be possible, but we cannot promise it. In case you arrive to the campsite before 2 pm, please ask if your lot is already ready.

Yes, it is possible, if the lot is available, with a surcharge of 70 - 150 euros, depending on the period you wish to book. For campsites that offer the digital map, after completing your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to the map where you can select your specific lot. If the map is not available for your campsite, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

All the lots are for a maximum of 8 people, except the Standard B lots for 6 people and C lots which are for 4 people. You can always add a person to your booking (on arrival) as long as the number of people is less than the maximum number of people for that type of lot. The glamping tents are meant for 2,4 or 6 people and cannot accomodate more guests.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation. If the system doesn't allow you to cancel that means you are past the 3 night no expenses cancellation deadline.

In case you paid the 100,00 euro deposit for the exact lot number, we can trasfer this money for next year or we can give you back the money, but only into the same account you used to pay us in the first place.

If you have a credit card, you can go to our website www.arenacampsites.com/en/campsites-istria and choose one of the offered campsites. Then you need to enter your personal information and the information off your credit card. Having done so, you need to click on the Book button. You will soon get an e-mail confirmation with your booking code. Payment is done on arrival in cash or by credit card (can be different from the one you used to book).

If you don't have a credit card, you can contact us at 00385/52-529-400 or at [email protected] or our booking request webform https://www.arenacampsites.com/en/request. It is important to tell us that you don't have a credit card. You will get an offer with all the information you need to make a bank transfer of ono third of the total price of the booking. When the money arrives, your booking will be confirmed. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival. This method of booking can be used only in case you are not arriving in the near future (the next five days) because it is important that the money arrives before you do.

The electric current has the strength of 10 A.

There is electricity on all the lots in all the campsites (except the C lots). Water is available on all the lots in the Arena Grand Kažela Campsite, 4 lots in Arena Stoja Campsite and 16 Premium lots in the Arena Indije Campsite).

All the adapter are 220 Volts and 10 Ampere.

All our camps have check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM, except for Arena One 99 Glamping, which has check-in at 4:00 PM, and check-out at 10:00 AM.

Yes, that would be the Premium Two Bedroom Safari (2+2) and thePremium Three Bedroom Safari (4+2) tents.

All tents, except the Mini Lodge, have the following:

Air conditioning, kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, an induction hob and a filter coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a LCD Flat screen TV, an Espresso machine ILLY, a Safe deposit box, Bed linen (changed every 3 days) and towels (changed every 2 days) included in the price.

The Mini Lodge has:
