Innovative Digital Services for Your Peace of Mind
To help you feel more at ease during your vacation, we are developing a range of new innovative digital services, in addition to the existing ones, available via our mobile apps AHG Hotels and Arena Campsites, enabling us to deliver services as check-in without the physical contact.
Via our mobile apps, AHG Hotels app for guests of our hotels and resorts, and Arena Campsites app for guests of our campsites and glamping, you can access various information about our hotels, resorts and campsites and their related facilities and services, as well as directly communicate with the reception team and other departments such as the housekeeping or maintenance, unlock your room with a digital key or order transport.
In light of the recent developments with regards to the pandemic and related to a new set of needs it created, along with our intention to provide our guests with a higher sense of safety and thus higher quality, we have decided to develop new services intended to minimize physical contact where possible (eg. online check-in and online food and beverage orders).
