Arena Hospitality Group has joined the national tree planting campaign taking place during the month of November called “Plant a tree, don’t be a stump!” organized by the eponymous national association for organizing tree-planting campaigns.
Association “Plant a tree, don’t be a stump!” has, in less than two years, gathered over 55,000 participants and planted more than 150,000 trees in Croatia. As a result of their success, in December 2020, they were awarded the National Geographic Award "Yellow Frame" in the category "Life on Land".
This year, as part of the involvement in the project, the Group will donate fruit seedlings to Pula kindergartens, primary and secondary schools that have applied to participate. in addition, we will participate in planting trees in green areas as part of our facilities in the Medulin area. One such wonderful event happened today when we planted 2 pine seedlings in our glamping Arena One 99 in Pomer with the professional and sweetest help of over 40 children from the kindergarten Medulin branch Pomer.
We would like to thank the kindergarten leaders who responded and beautified our planting, as well as the camp director, Ms Vanja Valić and her team, and the entire horticulture team for their support in the realization of this project.
