Launch of Ena, our friendly Chabot assistant
We are delighted to announce the launch of Ena, our friendly Chabot assistant, helping users navigate through Arena Campsites website.
Ena is based on Microsoft Dynamics Azzure, a leading world AI platform and is able to learn the preferences of an individual user based on previous inquiries, reservations, reviews, or activities on social networks. Such approach allows end-users to access information from a defined knowledge base at any time in multiple languages.
Such Chatbot is the first of its kind in Croatian tourism and at this stage answers short and direct questions or guides the user through predefined categories that proved to be the most frequently searched for during the user testing. If Ena is unable to answer the question, the user connects with the agent.
