The safety and security of our guests and team members is always our highest priority.
In light of the recent developments with regards to COVID-19, we are constantly monitoring all recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and relevant local authorities to protect the health and safety of our guests and team members, and are responding based on the advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.
In accordance with that and in order to ensure the highest level of safety and security, we have decided that during this crisis all our campsites will remain closed.
Still, we remain optimistic and are hoping for the near resolution of this global crisis. In that light, we would like to inform you that a free of charge cancellation policy for up to 48 hours prior to arrival is valid for all individual reservations for all of our campsites. In this way, we wanted to ensure that you have the possibility to feel free and safe to dream and plan your summer vacation and evoke a bit of joyful emotions at this difficult time.
