Gathering of Istrian Brandy Producers
The largest number of traditional brandy producers are located in northern and central Istria, and you can taste their masterpieces every year at the local brandy fair in the smallest town in the world - Hum.
Brandies are most often made from grape drops and aromatic and medicinal herbs or various fruits are often added to them. The most famous types of this brandy - komovica, are ore and bisca, but there are also numerous other varieties: with honey, St. John's wort, sour cherries, mint, walnut...
The announcement of the best at this year's show will be accompanied by the evening concert of the group HLADNO PIVO at 9:00 p.m., which ends their "35 for 35" tour!
