While our hearts and minds are with all the people around the world fighting the pandemic, we put our efforts to support our local community, with the focus on Pula General Hospital and the health professionals who work tirelessly to protect us.
To help our local community to overcome this challenging situation, we have decided to support Pula General Hospital through various activities and donations and by doing that to support the public health workers, for whose dedicated work, humanity and expertise we are immensely grateful.
As part of these activities, our chefs prepare over 100 lunch boxes per day for the health workers of the hospital. Likewise, our housekeeping team helps to keep the hospital safe and clean. You can read more about these activities here.
In a joint effort with Kamgrad Ltd, we have purchased and donated UVDI-360 to Pula General Hospital, a much needed medical disinfection device, which provides a high level of protection against infection for patients and healthcare professionals. It makes us happy that, in addition to assistance in daily work of the hospital, this donation has contributed to the further development of empathy and solidarity in our community, as noted by the Director of Pula General Hospital, Dr Irena Hrstic.
