Although the current situation is challenging for the hospitality sector, our perspective is that we are in this together and, with respect to the most valuable aspect of our business – the people, we have decided to keep all our employees while taking measures to continue to preserve existing jobs.
The hospitality industry has always been about people. There is no sense of welcome without a friendly smile that makes us feel at home, though we may be on the other side of the world. And though it may not seem like it at the moment, the time will come again when we will shake hands and give hugs carefree. Until then, we should all support each other and share a sense of solidarity and compassion, because together we can do everything.
