Caravaning declared: Croatia is the most popular camping destination for German campers

The German camping portal Caravaning has published an article on the subject "Where do Germans prefer to Go Camping"? Istria takes the first place of the favorite destinations of the Germans with 13%, while our campsites Arena Kažela and Arena Stupica are recommended as one of the best campsites.

Second place goes to Lake Garda and on the third place is Dalmatia.

What makes Istria one of the most popular destinations is the fact that Istria is the closest Croatian region to Germany. Along with the location, the climate is certainly one of the decisive factors why guests decide to visit Croatia, as summer temperatures reach between 25 and 30 ° C, but also the crystal blue sea that is ideal for swimming and diving. Another factor for which Istra is attractive is certainly the rich history of our region and interesting architecture, but also fresh, homemade food.
